IF THIS FORM IS FOR A REMEMBRANCE RANCH CAMP YOU DO NOT NEED TO SPECIFY YOUR COOK TEAM ITEMS (stove, cook pot, water filter, bear rope, radios, garmin, or dry bags) THESE ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR TRIP

The undersigned, by accepting the above listed equipment, hereby agrees to take diligent care and promptly report any loss thereof. I further agree to not give possession to any other person. I understand that I am financially responsible for equipment in my care in the event of loss or theft. I AGREE TO RETURN ANY AND ALL Remembrance Ranch EQUIPMENT TO THE PROGRAM DIRECTOR (OR DESIGNATED APPOINTEE) UPON AGREED TIME LISTED ABOVE. THE UNDERSIGNED AGREES TO REPLACE ANY EQUIPMENT THAT IS LOST, DAMAGED AND/OR NOT RETURNED FOR ANY REASON.
