About Remembrance Ranch
Our mission is to transform the lives of struggling teenagers
and their families.
Remembrance Ranch’s
MIssion & Purpose
We are a non-denominational Christian organization that embraces a belief in Christ and a devotion to God, family and country. Our community stewardship distinguishes itself by a bold spirit of leadership, innovation, creative partnerships, a desire for collaborative partnership, and collaborative solutions to community challenges as they relate to struggling teens and their families.
We assist teens and their families to have a reconciled relationship with God, family and community through Jesus Christ. We mobilize local networks of churches, schools and community organizations to help each teen and family find needed resources and relationships. We use the natural setting and our therapeutic approach to focus on life-changing decisions.
Lasting Impact
Through Remembrance Ranch, teens gain:
-
Greater self-confidence
-
Spiritual growth
-
Interpersonal and leadership skills
-
Personal accountability
-
Lifelong support networks
With God’s guidance and your support, we’re helping youth and families build hope, healing, and lasting change.

Faith, Prevention & Transformation
Our programs cannot change life circumstances for these teens and does not force them to make better choices. But, by creating an on-going support network between our staff, their families, their schools and their local communities – we work together to support, encourage, and care for them. This “wrap-around” support helps them build the resilience to overcome their circumstances and make positive and healthy life choices.
Phase 1 – Admissions
-
Referrals are received from schools, families, churches, and law enforcement in West Michigan.
-
Our clinical team works with the teen’s school and family to uncover root causes of disruptive behavior.
-
A family needs assessment and individualized treatment plan are developed for each teen.

Phase 3 – Aftercare
Our year-long support model ensures lasting transformation beyond the summer.

In-home family counseling (within 30 days post-camp)
