We rise this morning with seven of our campers that decided yesterday evening to accept Jesus Christ into their lives and hearts. They accepted that they are sinners and that they will follow Him.
As I attempt to describe in words how amazing this was I am struggling. At first I thought my struggle is related to severe sleep deprivation, hahaha, but as I think about it I realize that I’m struggling to find the words because it was an experience that is so hard to describe. I’ll do my best. Try and picture seven young boys reaching out for Jesus Christ and asking in prayer for Him to be their leader. Picture seven adult men pouring their lives into these boys, praying with them, crying with them, and celebrating a new life with them. Picture smiles on their faces, feelings of relief for a new life, and a bond with each other that will never be broken.
As they pack up their tents and backpacks this morning the feeling and vibe around our camp is amazing. These boys are changed forever, for those that accepted Christ and for those that seeds were planted.
Praise God!!!
Praise GOD!
Praise the Lord! Now , I pray these precious boys will be discipled, because the battle has just begun, knowing His word is the key to leading a Godly life. I will pray for them every day!
Praise be to God for this news and transformation!
