    Hey Dylan –

Praying for you and the other boys this week. I’m praying that this is a great experience for you and that you learn a lot about yourself. I pray that you are challenged in positive ways and that you also have lots of fun. Most of all, I pray that you have a chance to get to know the God that created you and loves you more than anything. God has an awesome plan for your life. I’m praying that you build lasting relationships with the other boys this week.

I’ll be joining your group on Thursday to help with the hiking logistics and will have a chance to meet you then. Have a great week.

Hi Dylan. It was great to see the photos of your adventures from the past couple days. The team-building challenges and the first horsemanship lessons looked amazing and I hope they were fun and that they were also a good learning experience for you. The weather looks a little sketchy today so I’m praying that you and everyone else stays safe and that you’re able to still participate in the activities that are fun and part of your learning journey. Storms can be a good reminder that life isn’t always peaceful, that we can’t always control what comes at us but that we have a God that loves and protects us and we can learn to adapt whatever the circumstance. Keep up the great work and get the most out of this week!

    Dylan!!!

There I was creeping on my wife’s FB and I see your mom posted this blog site!

I don’t know why but I just had to write a note because I thought you would think it’s funny to hear from Ol’ Mr. Visser : )

I hope you have a great time at camp and you learn a lot. You often made me laugh with your comments in class, even when I wasn’t upposed to. You have a gift for making people smile when you choose and I hope you do a lot of that with the new people you meet at camp and in HS.

You will have to come over and show me your sweet horse skills when you get home. I can show you all 4 of the hay burners that were in all my stories in class!

    Have a good trip.

Hey Dylan! It’s been a long time. I see your dad from time to time and always ask how you two are doing. I see you’ve become quite the fisherman, I know he is proud of you. I can’t believe how big all of you are! I will be praying for you and your family. As somebody who has gone through a lot in life, my faith in Christ has always carried me through. I’ll be rooting for you buddy. Have fun!

Hey Dylan! Hope you and Hoss are getting to know each other and that you are enjoying learning all of the things about horsemanship. It’s fun to see pictures of you and the other boys. I pray that you are building friendships and that everyone is bonding and getting along. I keep praying for your safety and that you are blessed this week with great experiences that will help you grow. More than anything I pray that you can learn more about God and how much he loves you and how he has an amazing plan for your life.

You have a couple days left at Cran Hill before heading out to the trail. Enjoy each day!

Hopefully you went swimming today!! It was so hot!! Too bad you’re at camp, cuz you missed out on a super fun time loading trucks at the storage unit and then unloading at the yard sale. I’m sure you’re just terribly heart broken!! :- D
I hope you’re having a lot of fun!! Stay cool!
