Hey Nick, camp is coming up soon, planning and packing preparations have begun. I always find it exciting getting ready to go camping or hiking. You never know what will be around the next corner. Praying for the preparations to go smoothly, and for good times ahead.

Tomorrow is the first day of camp, probably hard to sleep tonight, with a mind full of anticipation. I will pray for peace, a good nights rest, and for a great start tomorrow morning.

Nick, so glad to hear things are going well. I personally have never climbed a rock wall, but I glad you were able to climb and enjoyed the experience. Lifting you and your fellow camp crew in prayer as you prepare to hit the trail.

Hey Nick, I just read in the boy’s general blog update that you rode horses. I had a bad experience with a horse when I was really young, and became very afraid of them. When I got older I attended a week long camp at Cran Hill, and my counselor helped me overcome my fear and I went on my first trail ride, and it was good. Hopefully you enjoyed your experience with horses. I am continuing to lift you in prayer as you experience camp.

Based on the main blog post, you had a great day riding horses on the trails, as well as an exciting/scary time trying out the zip line. That is something else I have never done, but from videos I have watched it looks exciting. I will be praying for you as you are now hiking the trails and spending time in the woods. May you see God’s beauty on the trail, and feel his presence.

Howdy Nick, I hope you had a good time out on the trail, and were able to enjoy some of God’s natural beauty. I am going camping next week and am hoping to be able to go on some hikes. My goal is to try and see some deer, but usually we talk too much and scare them away. Did you see any deer or other animals while out on the trail? Praying for a safe trip home, and that you grew closer to God.
