Today was a full and exciting day packed with new experiences, outdoor adventure, and plenty of fun.
The morning started with a hot breakfast, followed by time at the barn for horseback riding and grooming. This hands-on activity gave the ladies a chance to build confidence, learn responsibility, and enjoy time connecting with the horses.
Next was devotion and journaling. Today’s message focused on the truth that everything was made by God and is good. The devotion introduced God as Father, Jesus as the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and reminded the girls that they are masterpieces created by their Heavenly Father. Journaling gave them time to reflect personally on that message.

After a fun team-building activity, the group broke for lunch before heading into the afternoon “GO activity,” where they learned tomahawk throwing and archery, including practicing accuracy and getting throws to stick in the target. It was a high-energy session focused on focus, safety, and trying something new.

In the afternoon, the group headed to the beach for swimming and time on the aqua park—a large inflatable obstacle course on the lake with slides, climbing features, and jumping points. It quickly became one of the highlights of the day!
Dinner gave everyone a chance to regroup before a busy evening spending points at the camp store, decorating bookmarks, playing Gaga ball, and shooting hoops.

After a full schedule, the group transitioned into showers, fireside time, and bedtime.
One quick note—power came back on around 11 a.m. after an earlier outage, and the rest of the day ran smoothly!
Overall, it was a well-rounded day filled with learning, outdoor adventure, creativity, and lots of laughter together.
